You made sure eBay confirmed that they received the buyer's payment and it was okay for you to ship?
That's an expensive item, and new sellers can be scammer targets.
Did you add insurance but especially Signature confirmation to the label - that's required for orders >$750 for Seller Protection.
Also the payment will be held for up to 30 days I believe as you are new & the $value is high.
