Does CogniFit really work? ›

CogniFit personalized brain training program improved cognitive function in healthy older adults with an average age of 80 years whereas physical and aerobic activity did not bring about any perceivable cognitive improvements in these subjects.

After creating your CogniFit account for free, you will have limited access to certain basic features offered by the platform (you can take thean initial cognitive assessment, try the games...). To access CogniFit's brain training programs, you will need to purchase a subscription.
