Such large-scale buying indicates a strong uptrend that is likely to continue.

However, if bitcoin is only trading in very small purchase amounts, then that may indicate that it’s primarily only small, individual retail traders who are buying, rather than large institutional traders, which would indicate a weaker uptrend. Conversely, if bitcoin’s price is moving down on large-scale trades, then that indicates a strong downtrend that is likely to continue. The table shows you different amounts of satoshis, from one to 100 billion, and what percentage of one bitcoin they equal, shown in decimal form.
