How do I invite friends to join Nexo?
You can start inviting friends as soon as you create your Nexo account.
- Login to youraccountand make sureIdentity Verificationis completed.
- Copy the unique link in your profile from the Referral tab.
- Share it with a friend, ask them to create a Nexo account, and complete Identity Verification.
- Once they register and top up at least $100 in supported assets, you’ll both get $180 in BTC after a 30-day period passes.
You both will be able to see the reward transaction in your Nexo accounts, however, its status will be pending.
Note: The reward will be credited to your balance, provided that the portfolio of your invited friend is still worth more than $100 at the end of the 30-day period.

How many friends can I refer?
There’s no limit on the number of people you can refer – and you’ll get $180 in crypto for each referral.
The only condition is that your friends haven’t created a Nexo account before – only brand new customers are accepted.
How to keep track of my referrals?
You can track the current status of all your invited friends in the Referral tab inside the Nexo app.
Why didn’t I get my referral reward?
You can always sign in to your account and check your reward status. Here are some reasons why you didn’t get your referral reward:
- Your invitee must sign up directly after opening your unique link. Referrals are not captured if the invited person signs up using via the Nexo app and not your link.
- If your friend fails to complete the referral instructions within 90 days of signing up, you won’t receive the reward.
- Your invitee needs to pass Identity Verification and hold the equivalent of $100 or more in any of the supported assets for at least 30 days.
- The portfolio of your referred friend has to remain above $100 at the end of the 30-day period for the reward to be received.
- The balance of $100 should be sent from an external wallet. Participants who received internal transfers from other Nexo wallets will not be eligible for the Referral Program.
Also, keep in mind that once a friend tops up, you will both get your rewards within 24 hours after the 30-day period is over.
