In the Wallet appManage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (1), you can rearrange, archive, or delete passes, view pass information, and change the settings.

Rearrange your passes

  1. In the Wallet stack, touch and hold the pass you want to move.

  2. Drag the pass to a new place in the stack.

    The pass order is updated on your iPhone and AppleWatch where you’re signed in with your AppleID.

View the information for a pass and change its settings

  1. Tap the pass, tap Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (2), then tap Pass Details.

  2. Choose any of the following (not all options are available on all passes):

    • Automatic Updates: Allow the pass to receive updates from the issuer.

    • Suggest on Lock Screen: Show the pass based on time or location.

      To allow location access, go to SettingsManage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (3)> Privacy & Security> Location Services> Wallet, then tap While Using the App.

    • Automatic Selection: Select the pass where it’s requested.

    • Share Pass: Send the pass to someone using Mail or Messages.

    • Remove Pass: Delete the pass from all your devices where you’re signed in with your AppleID.

  3. Scroll down to view other information such as the associated app, usage details, and terms and conditions.

Change the settings for all your passes

  • Keep your passes up to date on your other devices: Go to Settings Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (4)> [yourname]> iCloud, then turn on Wallet.

    Note: This setting applies only to passes in Wallet, not to cards you use with ApplePay.

  • Set notification options: Go to Settings Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (5)> Notifications> Wallet. See Change notification settings on iPhone.

  • Allow access to Wallet when iPhone is locked: Go to Settings> FaceID & Passcode or TouchID & Passcode, then turn on Wallet (below Allow Access When Locked).

Archive or remove passes

  • Automatically archive old passes: Go to Settings Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (6)> Wallet & ApplePay, then turn on Hide Expired Passes.

    To show an expired pass, scroll to the bottom of the Wallet stack, tap View Expired Passes, choose the pass, then tap Unhide.

  • Delete a pass: In Wallet, tap the pass, tap Manage your passes in Wallet on iPhone (7), tap Pass Details, then tap Remove Pass.
