Acceptable bid means any bid which, in all respects, complies with the conditions of bid and specifications as set out in the bid documents.
Acceptable Bank means (a) a bank or financial institution which has a rating for its long-term unsecured and non credit-enhanced debt obligations of A- or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Xxxxx’x or a comparable rating from an internationally recognized credit rating agency; or (b) any other bank or financial institution approved by each Agent.
Alternative Bid means a response to a bid that does not meet the exact requirements of the specification but offers an alternative for consideration. An alternative bid is submitted with an intentional variation to a provision, specification, term or condition of the solicitation. This alternative, in the opinion of the bidder, achieves the same end result. Alternative bids may be rejected as non-responsive.
Eligible bidder means a person who is:
Acceptable Counterparty means any counterparty to the Interest Rate Cap Agreement that has and shall maintain, until the expiration of the applicable Interest Rate Cap Agreement, a long-term unsecured debt rating of at least “A+” by S&P and “Aa3” from Xxxxx’x, which rating shall not include a “t” or otherwise reflect a termination risk and is otherwise reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Rating Agency Discount Factor means the Fitch Discount Factor (if Fitch is then rating Preferred Shares) or an Other Rating Agency Discount Factor, whichever is applicable.
Minimum Acceptable Price with respect to any Put Notice Date shall mean seventy-five percent (75%) of the lowest closing bid prices for the ten (10) Trading Day period immediately preceding such Put Notice Date.
Eligible Bidder(s) means Bidder(s) who are eligible in terms of this E-Auction Process Memorandum, provisions of IBC and provisions of the Liquidation Process Regulations;
Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.
Money Market Quote Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b).
Acceptable Credit Rating means a minimum long term credit rating of either BBB from Standard & Poors or Baa2 from Xxxxx’x; Access Undertaking means:
Approved Amount means the amount that the dentist has agreed to accept as full payment for treatment.
Acceptable Discount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(2).
Price Bid means the Price Bid submitted by the Bidder, in accordance with Clause 8.15.2;
Acceptable Appraisal means, with respect to an appraisal of Inventory, the most recent appraisal of such property received by Agent (a) from an appraisal company satisfactory to Agent, (b) the scope and methodology (including, to the extent relevant, any sampling procedure employed by such appraisal company) of which are satisfactory to Agent, and (c) the results of which are satisfactory to Agent, in each case, in Agent’s Permitted Discretion.
Financial Bid means that part of the offer, that provides price schedule, total project costs etc.
BC Bid means the BC Bid website located at www.bcbid.ca;
Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.
Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.
Accepted Contract Amount means the amount accepted in the Letter of Acceptance for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects.
Lowest Evaluated Bid means a bid for goods, works and services having the lowest evaluated cost among the substantially responsive bids
Approved Valuer means a firm of valuers recognized as such by the Income Tax Department and having experience of valuing at least 5 (five) properties exceeding Rs. 100 cr. (Rupees one hundred crore) each in value;
Auction Agent means (a) the Administrative Agent or (b) any other financial institution or advisor employed by the Borrower (whether or not an Affiliate of the Administrative Agent) to act as an arranger in connection with any Discounted Term Loan Prepayment pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v); provided that the Borrower shall not designate the Administrative Agent as the Auction Agent without the written consent of the Administrative Agent (it being understood that the Administrative Agent shall be under no obligation to agree to act as the Auction Agent); provided, further, that neither the Borrower nor any of its Affiliates may act as the Auction Agent.
Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.
Technical Bid means the bid submitted online through the electronic bidding platform, containing the documents as listed out in Clause 2.5.2 of this RFP;
