Can you make money from EasyProperties? ›

You get a share of rent received, after expenses, in the form of quarterly dividends in proportion to how many shares you own. You can also experience capital gains on your investment and realise returns when the properties are sold at market value after the investment period or via auction.

Our online investment platform allows you to purchase shares at a slice of the price. Literally. You can buy shares in your favourite companies with whatever money you have to spend. This is because we offer fractional share rights, which means you can now buy a part of a share instead of the whole thing.

Auction periods will last 9 days for each cluster. At the end of the auction period, the auction closes and shares are bought back and new shares are issued at the auction price. It will take 6 (six) business days for shares on auction to transfer from sellers to buyers after the auction period has ended.

EasyEquities charges brokerage fees, which means that we take a small percentage for each transaction made. That small fee is only 0.25% of your transaction, with a one cent minimum on smaller transactions.
