How long does crypto com take to reply? ›

Depending on your issue, it can take between a few minutes and 24 hours to get a reply back. In the bear market, it might take a few hours.

Why is the Crypto.com app not working? There are multiple reasons why the Crypto.com app does not work. For instance, you may need to update it or your device, restart the device, or simply wait for the app to resolve the bugs it has. Pending. Description: Your submitted application is pending our team's review. This is a case-by-case process and may take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of business days, depending on many factors (e.g. your country of application, nationality, quality of the pictures, etc.).

Identity Verification Process

Provide an identity document (i.e., passport, driver's license, ID card) and a video showing the front and sides of your face via a secure upload link. The secure upload link is sent to your registered Crypto.com email address or phone number via SMS.

If your submission is clear and consistent, your identity verification should typically take between 5 minutes to 2 hours. However, if we are unable to verify your submission automatically, we will manually review it. This process may take up to 5 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot fast-track manual reviews.

In most cases, withdrawals are almost instant and normally should take no longer than 2-3 hours to be processed. Note: Withdrawals will be sent from an address that differs from your crypto's deposit address.
