How do I speak to someone at Affirm? ›

Try to log in using a different device or browser that is reasonably current or up to date. For example; Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple's Safari are common web browsers. Clear your cookies and cache on your browser and try again.

If you've closed your Affirm Card account, you can request that your account be reopened. Once your account has been reopened, you'll need to set up your account and complete onboarding before your account is ready to be used. To request that your account be reopened, click the contact us button below.

If Affirm has difficulty confirming your identity, you may need to provide more information. Affirm uses modern technology to confirm your identity, including verifying your address or full SSN, or requesting a photo of your ID.

Affirm Card purchase disputes

If you haven't done so already, contact the store where you bought the item to try to resolve the issue with them. If you need to dispute a purchase related to your Affirm Card, tap or click the Affirm Card Dispute button below to submit your dispute.

Go to affirm.com or open the Affirm app, then click or tap Sign in. Enter the mobile number you used to create your account, then click Continue or tap Confirm. Enter the 4-digit code we texted to that mobile number.

Past loans through Affirm do not guarantee future approvals. Each loan is considered separately, and it's important to keep certain factors in mind: Your history with Affirm, including the number of loans you currently have with us, late or deferred payments or current or previous loans, and any charged-off loans.

If you're delinquent on your payments or default on your loan, Affirm could deny you a loan in the future and that information may be reported to credit bureaus which could result in a decrease to your credit score.
