Detailed description for selected Keyboard Shortcuts (on Default Settings)

1. One-click buy input and One-click sell input

One-click buy/sell input is a hotkey function that helps you enter the parameters of your order with just a click on a button. By default, the one-click buy input shortcut is assigned to [F1] while the one-click sell input is assigned to [F2]. This function will only set the parameters of your order and will not execute them on the market.

For both shortcuts, there are two conditions that users must determine beforehand.

  • Price: You can select the desired price levels on which to execute your orders. These are categorized into ‘Sell’ and ‘Buy’ levels. Each Sell/Buy level represents the layers of market depth in the order book. For instance, the ‘Sell 1’ level is the nearest ask price on the order book, while the ‘Sell 10’ is the furthest ask price. Similarly, the ‘Buy 1’ level is the nearest bid price on the order book, while the ‘Buy 10’ level is the furthest. For example, if the nearest ask price is $40,000, by selecting ‘Sell 1’, you are setting your order entry price to $40,000, matching that of the current ask price on ‘Sell 1’. Meanwhile, if the nearest bid price is $39,999, by selecting ‘Buy 1’, the order entry price will be set to $39,999.
  • Amount: You can select the desired order quantity of each trade, which is categorized by ‘Fixed amount’ and ‘Percent’. The ‘Percent’ option will be based on the available balance in your Futures Wallet. Suppose you have 10,000 USDT in your Futures Wallet, selecting a 10 percent amount means that 1,000 USDT will be allocated to the trade.

2. Buy/Sell Futures order

Once you’ve set the parameters of your order (i.e price and quantity), you may use the Buy/Sell Futures order command to execute the trade. This function triggers the command for orders to be placed in the market. By default, the buy order function is set to [Command + B] while the sell order function is set to [Command + S]. After triggering the command, a confirmation pop-up will appear as shown below.

Trade confirmations: You can set a trade confirmation before orders are sent to the order book. If trade confirmations are not enabled, orders will be directed to the order book immediately after being placed via the [Command + B] and [Command + S] hotkeys.

3. Cancel Last Order and Cancel All

By default, the [Command + Z] key is assigned to the ‘Cancel Last Order’ function. When enabled, the last-placed order will be canceled immediately. For the ‘Cancel All’ function, the shortcut will cancel all open orders. Before canceling all orders, a confirmation message will be displayed.
