Celebi is a psychic grass Pokémon with time-travel abilities and the ability to penetrate illusions. Resembling a scallion, it is a necessary Pokémon to have to penetrate Zorua's illusory disguise and capture it in Pokémon Black and Pokémon White. Celebi does not automatically come with either Black or White but can be transferred from an older Pokémon game. The following steps cover what you need and how to get Celebi into Pokémon White or Pokémon Black.
Method 1
Method 1 of 3:
Preparing the Transfer
1
Get a handheld game system with a fourth-generation Pokémon game that has Celebi on it. Although Celebi was introduced to the Pokémon video game universe in the second generation of Pokémon games (Pokémon Gold, Pokémon Silver, Pokémon Crystal), fifth-generation games cannot receive Pokémon from any game prior to the fourth generation. The fourth-generation games you can transfer Celebi from to either Pokémon Black or Pokémon White are these:
- Pokémon Diamond
- Pokémon Pearl
- Pokémon Platinum (described as a "director's cut" combination of the Diamond and Pearl games)
- Pokémon HeartGold (a remake of the second-generation Pokémon Gold game)
- Pokémon SoulSilver (a remake of the second-generation Pokémon Silver game)
- Certain video game stores, such as GameStop, hold special events where participants could earn Celebi and other event Pokémon for their games.
2
Get a handheld game system that has Pokémon Black or Pokémon White on it. You'll play this game to set up the connection to the fourth-generation game that has Celebi on it.

Method 2 of 3:
Setting Up Pokémon White or Black For the Transfer
1
Send your Pokémon trainer to Castelia City.
2
Look for the Pokémon Center. In both Pokémon Black, and Pokémon White, the Pokémon Center is a building on the left side of the northern road leading out of town.
3
Go to the PokeTransfer Lab within the center. You'll see a lobby with a receptionist. After talking with the receptionist, you'll then have two flights of stairs to climb.
4
Meet the transfer scientist. If you've played previous editions of the Pokémon game, you'll notice the transfer scientist's resemblance to Primo from Violet City and other similar characters.
5
Give the transfer scientist the unlock code. The unlock code consists of four words: "Everyone happy. Simple connection." This will enable the Relocator and send a download play to the other handheld game system once you confirm the request.

Method 3 of 3:
Transferring Celebi From the Fourth-Generation Game
1
Display the handheld menu. This is the menu for your handheld game system, not for the game itself.
2
Select "Download Play." This will load the fourth-generation game into its system and display the event Pokémon that may be transferred.
3
Select Celebi. This will transfer Celebi to Pokémon White or Pokémon Black.

How do I get Evee in Pokemon White?

Go to Castelia City. It is the big city that you can reach by boat from Virbank City. It is the only place in the game where you can get Eevee.

This procedure can also transfer any of the legendary trio of shiny Pokémon Entei, Raikou, and Suicune from a fourth- to a fifth-generation Pokémon game. Just as Celebi is necessary to penetrate Zorua's illusion so it can be captured, the members of the trio can be used to capture Zorua's evolved form, Zoroark, as it will take the form of whichever member of the trio you did not transfer.
